What is a rose-petal soak-off?
A gentle removal of old product using warm water with real rose petals for a relaxing, spa-like feel.
Do you do pedicures?
No. I specialize in hands-only services.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. All services are by appointment only in my private studio.
How long do appointments take?
Most appointments take 1.5 to 2 hours. The Pink Diva Experience takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. Since this is a private studio, services take longer than a fast salon because each set is done with personal attention and no rushing.
Why does it take longer than a regular salon?
I take extra time to prep nails correctly, clean cuticles, shape with detail, and build strong structure. The goal is quality, comfort, and healthy nails.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead is recommended, especially for evenings or busy seasons.
What if I’m not sure what service to choose?
You can book the “Not sure — help me choose” option or send a photo. I will help guide you.
Can I upgrade my service during my appointment?
If time allows, yes. Nail art or extras can be added depending on the schedule.
Do you work over another salon’s product?
Please book a soak-off. Removing old products gives you a fresh, clean base and better results.
Do you work with very short or bitten nails?
Yes. Structured gel, fiber gel, or polygel can help your nails grow out strong and healthy.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required to book your appointment. However, please be respectful of my time and notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may affect future booking ability.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
What if I’m late?
If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on the service and my schedule for the day. Please text me as soon as you know you’ll be late.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered for services.
Do you allow extra guests?
No. Please come alone. The studio is private and small, and this helps keep the space calm.
What payments do you accept?
Cash, card, and digital payments are accepted.
What if a nail breaks?
Repairs are free for 7 days if it’s an application issue. Breakage from daily activities, work environments, or chemicals has a small repair fee.
How long do nails last?
Most sets last 3 to 4 weeks depending on lifestyle, nail health, and aftercare. Clients who work with their hands or in wet environments may need more frequent fills.
Do you remove dip powder?
Yes. Book a soak-off.
Do I need aftercare?
Yes. Good aftercare helps your nails stay strong and last longer.
Here are the most important aftercare tips:
• Use cuticle oil every day. It keeps your nails flexible and prevents lifting.
• Wear gloves when cleaning, washing dishes, doing laundry, or using chemicals.
• Avoid soaking your hands in water for long periods. Water makes nails soft and can cause lifting.
• Do not pick, peel, or pull at your nails. This damages your natural nail.
• Do not use your nails as tools for opening packages, cans, lids, etc.
• Avoid hitting your nails on hard surfaces.
• Keep hand sanitizer away from your nails as much as possible; it dries the product out.
• Keep your nails dry after showers or washing your hands.
• Apply hand lotion daily to keep skin and cuticles hydrated.
• Come back for fills on time. Waiting too long can cause lifting or breaks.
• If a nail feels loose, avoid pulling it. Contact me for a repair.
• If you work with your hands a lot, consider shorter lengths or stronger systems like fiber gel, acrylic, or polygel.
• Avoid biting or picking the sidewalls or cuticles. It can cause lifting or infections.
• Keep your nails away from extreme heat (saunas, very hot water, steam). It can soften gel.
Can I keep my nails long if I work in a kitchen or hands-on job?
You can, but shorter lengths or stronger systems may last better. Kitchens, cleaning jobs, and water-heavy environments naturally cause more lifting and breakage.
What should I do if I get lifting?
Do not clip, peel, or glue it. Contact me to schedule a repair before it worsens.
What happens if my nail breaks?
Breaks caused by daily activities, work, or lifestyle are normal and have a small repair fee. If it happens within 7 days and it’s a product or application issue, the repair is free.
